How is payment handled?

Orders are processed safely and securely through Paypal and Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards.

How is shipping handled?

I ship all orders that involve original art, commissions and limited edition prints myself with USPS. Everything else (apparel, regular prints, stickers etc) are fulfilled with either Printful or Neatoshop. This means that an order that includes a t-shirt and an original piece of artwork for example will have two separate tracking numbers. Additionally, multiple orders placed in close proximity with the same shipping address will be grouped and shipped together whenever possible. I ship worldwide for the most part but I am NOT responsible for customs/duties charges. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed in the order in which they come in and are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Please note that orders that are not original art or prints are handled by Neatopod.com. Regardless all orders include shipping confirmation and may take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks for delivery depending on your region and local post office. Please note that international orders or orders placed during the holiday season may take even longer due to customs and/or holiday rush. I want to emphasize that I am a one person business and not an online marketplace. Sometimes orders will take a while because there’s simply a lot of them to work through so I ask that you please bear that in mind. Shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when your order was placed as soon as your order is on the way to you so please make sure it’s up to date!

My package was lost/damaged. What should I do?

I ship all artwork in cardboard photo mailers (reinforced with chipboard and a do not bend sticker) or cardboard mailing tubes. Despite this USPS has been known to mishandle or forcibly fit large packages into small mailboxes, damaging them in the process. Due to the nature of artworks and because I'm a one-person artist business, I cannot be held liable for packages lost or damaged by your local post office as it will be my loss as well. That being said I am willing to replace prints on a case-by-case basis. Before placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct.

I ordered the wrong size item. Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately no. Because I don’t handle the printing and shipping of apparel, I cannot offer exchanges on these items. For this reason I ask that customers please read the sizing guide in the product description.
