35 Years of Speed

To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Sonic the Hedgehog series, iam8bit and SEGA hosted 35 Years of Speed: The Sonic Art Exhibit. There was two exhibits first in Seattle and then in LA which featured original works from more than 30 renowned artists, fan-submitted pieces and original historical artwork from SEGA’s archives. I consider Sonic to be one of those major pillars of inspiration from my formative years and I still love drawing him and his friends regularly today. So when iam8bit invited me to contribute a few pieces for the exhibition I jumped at the opportunity.
